But, most importantly, you'll be signing up to work directly with me, and I pride myself on my track record in producing amazing results and supporting my clients every step of the way to their transformation!

It's either $750 for 3 months or $3000 for a 12-month program to hire me as your full-time Online Personal Trainer / Nutritionist. 

Very often, we'll communicate at least a few times per week! I'll send you a check-in form each Sunday that will provide me with information beyond what I can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone, such as energy levels, hunger, recovery, steps, water, and leaving no stone unturned. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I'll provide you with personal feedback, where I'll highlight areas where you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. All this ensures we're consistently moving towards your goal at a rate you're happy with.

Yes, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve fantastic results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced lifter/athlete, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.

No, you don't need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available. Having said that, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; such as a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands.

Nope, I work with people from all over the world. 80% of my clients are based in USA and the remaining 20% are around rest of the world. One of the best things about online personal training is that you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

Many of my clients have jobs that require them to travel regularly; this makes online personal training an ideal fit for them. I'm happy to alter the plan so that you can stay on track while travelling.

Absolutely! Everyone is different; therefore, everyone will receive a fully customised/bespoke training and nutrition plan. I do NOT offer any cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all training or diet plans. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire that will provide me with all the information I need to create your plan. Once I've created your programme, I'll send you a detailed 20 to 40-minute video taking you through your plan and explaining why you'll be doing X exercise and why you'll be required to eat X amount.

Each exercise is accompanied by a video demo and key coaching points. Furthermore, for any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise and forward it to me. I'll then assess your form and provide feedback – ensuring you're mastering your technique for future lifts.

We can communicate regularly throughout each week via the Expert PT App – I'll be your full-time coach, so you can message me at any time. On top of regular comms, each week, you’ll complete a check-in form and receive personal feedback where I'll highlight areas in which you're doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following weeks. Providing regular feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the result you seek. Feedback is on either a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Then on Thursday or Friday, I'll either create an educational video or see how everyone is getting on and message you with some extra support. I take a truly one-to-one approach to online coaching!

Of course! I'll provide delicious, high-protein, nutrient-rich recipes to help facilitate your goals and ensure your diet is sustainable.

Your training sessions won't be done via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. You'll be supplied with a bespoke training plan and a personalised video explaining it – you'll know what you need to do during each session. I offer personal coaching where I'll ensure all aspects of your training and nutrition are optimised, not fitness instruction or online classes where the focus is solely on the workout. You'll receive a significant amount of support, including unlimited text support, weekly check-ins and weekly feedback.

During normal working hours, I tend to get back to people within an hour, outside of working hours, this can be longer. But even on the weekend, I'll certainly get back to you within 24 hours. In short, I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

You'll be logging your sessions either via mobile or desktop, every rep, set, weight used, distance covered, and time taken will be tracked and synced instantaneously using the Expert PT app. I'll then go through this data and progress made and provide feedback.

Once you've signed up, I'll send you a questionnaire to complete. Once you've completed your questionnaire and provided your front, side and rear photos, I'll then get started on your plan. I will then have your plan created within the next few days (four days max). This is the time it takes to create a truly customised programme.

I'll measure your progress via many metrics, such as progress in strength (progressive overload), measurements, scale weight, improvements in endurance, and of course, assessing body composition changes via progress photos. Full measurements and progress photos are done every four weeks, other metrics like strength and weight we'll track weekly.

Most clients see progress after just a few weeks of following their plan. How long it'll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on what your goal is. I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal as quickly as possible. In fact, I pride myself on helping people transform their body in the quickest possible time.

Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Simply let me know that you wish to cancel before the next payment is due, and I'll cancel it. Alternatively, you can cancel directly via your customer portal (Stripe). Once cancelled, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period.

No, I'll design a plan to fit around your lifestyle. Most of my clients train 3 to 4 times per week, but I have clients who train once per week and have others who train over seven times per week. I'll design the plan around what is optimal whilst ensuring it's realistic.

I'll track your food diary directly via our in-built food tracker, or if you prefer, we can use the MyFitnessPal app. Using a food diary, I can ensure you're within your calorie targets, nailing your macros ratios and consuming an overall nutrient-rich diet.

No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos. The progress photos and transformations you see on my website, and on my social media platforms are all at the consent of clients who want to share their fantastic progression.

Absolutely! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat and what foods are best avoided. You'll know what will be required pre and post-workout to optimise your performance and recovery. I'll inform you on how to plan/schedule your meals to optimise protein synthesis (muscle gain). All this whilst providing delicious recipes to help keep things exciting. I will completely remove the guesswork!

Absolutely! In fact, over 30% of my clients are vegans. It'll be my job to ensure you're doing veganism the right way, the safe way, a way in which is conducive to your goals and avoids the infamous nutrient deficiencies that can accrue from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.

Whichever package you choose, you'll be working directly with me and receive a bespoke training and nutrition plan. You'll check in weekly and receive personal feedback. We'll communicate throughout each week, and I'll support you every step of the way to your desired transformation. You'll receive this high level of support regardless of which package you choose. But if you wish to receive the highest level of support, then I'd recommend the Signature Package, as it has more support, and the weekly feedback comes via video. That said, you'll receive a premium service with whichever package you choose, so simply pick the one that best suits you!
